Toddlers

We aim to share the love of Jesus in our community

Our Tabernacle Toddler group in Penclawdd offers a safe and happy environment where the children are stimulated through sensory play, interacting with others, listening to stories, singing and exploring materials during craft activities.

We meet every Tuesday morning from 10.00am – 11.30am during school term time. The group is run by church volunteers and there is a £2.00 donation fee per session per family.

The morning begins with free play and craft activities, we then have a break, when the children can sit and enjoy a snack and a drink, while the adults can have a well-deserved cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit.

After clearing away we gather and sit in a circle to listen to a Bible story tailored to the toddlers and sing action songs and nursery rhymes.

At Christmas we have a Nativity and a party with music, games and craft and all receive a small gift. We also celebrate and hold, at the end of the Summer term, a Picnic Party.

We offer true friendship and support to everyone who attends our group.
